PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The management of the project is a common task of the management committee and implementation team. The management committee supervises the process of project implementation, its main task being endorsing quarterly and yearly plans of the project implementation as well as their subsequent retrospective evaluation. The implementation team, in co-operation with partners‘ representatives, shall provide for the realization of the individual project activities in accordance with the approved plan.
